Version 1.0. Last updated 25 August 2026.
This page lists every cookie and browser storage entry Bespoke Dashboard uses, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains everything else we do with personal data.
The first time you visit, we show a banner with two equally weighted choices: accept the optional cookies, or reject them. Nothing optional is loaded until you choose, and choosing to reject is exactly one click, the same as accepting. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and closing the banner without choosing does not count as consent.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop collecting and delete the analytics cookies already on your device. We ask again after six months so that a choice you made long ago does not stand forever.
These are required for the service to work. They do not track you across other websites and we cannot switch them off. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations they do not require your consent, but you should still know they are there.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
bd_consent | Cookie | Remembers your cookie choice, when you made it, and which version of this policy it applied to. Without it we would have to ask you on every page. | 6 months |
sb-<project>-auth-token | Local storage | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase. Cleared when you sign out. | Until sign-out or expiry |
udash-signed-urls-v2 | Local storage | Caches the short-lived links used to display your own progress photographs, so the dashboard does not have to request a new link for every image on every page view. Entries expire within one hour and the whole cache is cleared when you sign out. | Up to 1 hour per entry |
Off unless you turn them on. We use Google Analytics on the marketing pages only, to count visits and see which pages are worth keeping. We do not run analytics on your signed-in dashboard, and the dashboard's content security policy blocks analytics scripts outright rather than relying on us to remember.
We have configured Google Analytics not to use Google Signals or advertising personalisation, so your usage is not fed into advertising profiles, and we do not run any advertising or retargeting tags anywhere on this site.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes one visitor from another so visits can be counted. | Up to 13 months | |
_ga_<id> | Keeps track of a single visit, so a person reading three pages is counted once. | Up to 13 months |
As well as our own controls, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies and storage will stop you from signing in and will break parts of the dashboard, so it is not something we can work around.
If we add or change a cookie, we update this page, raise the version number, and ask for your consent again where the change requires it.
Questions about this policy go to support@bespokedashboard.com. Our full contact details are in the Privacy Policy.
Choose which optional cookies you allow. Your choice is stored for 6 months, and you can change or withdraw it whenever you like from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Strictly necessary
Your sign-in session, security tokens, short-lived links to your own photos, and this consent choice. The service cannot work without them, so they do not require consent.
Analytics
Google Analytics, used to count visits and see which pages are useful. Off unless you turn it on, and never used on your signed-in dashboard.
