To-do List

A plan for every day, checked off as you go.

A simple daily to-do list for any day, past, present, or planned ahead, with recurring tasks that seed themselves and a quiet progress bar that fills as your day comes together.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them happen on their own. Open a day, let the recurring tasks fill it in, and tick things off.

  1. 1

    Open any day

Today by default, or step back through the week strip to see what last Tuesday actually held. Every date keeps its own list, past and future alike.

  2. 2

Add tasks, or let them add themselves

Type a one-off task and press Enter. Recurring tasks, daily or on the weekdays you pick, seed themselves into each matching day before you arrive.

  3. 3

Check off and watch the bar fill

Every tick nudges the day’s progress bar and its completed count. Finish the list and the bar goes full. If Habit Grower is installed, each first completion also pays a coin.

A to-do list with a progress bar, not a productivity system

Bespoke Dashboard's to-do list is deliberately simple. It lives next to your health, finance, and habit data instead of standing alone, so "log weight" and "review net worth" sit on the same list as everything else in your day. No projects, no labels, no priority matrices: a day, its tasks, and a bar that fills.

It's not trying to be Todoist, and that's the point. If you need nested projects and team assignments, use a dedicated tool. If you need today's short list living beside the daily progress tracker it feeds, this is the quieter answer. Every add, edit, and tick lands instantly, with no spinners and no save button, because a list this small only survives if the friction is near zero.

Recurring daily tasks, seeded for you

Mark "morning skincare" as daily and it appears every day; put "gym: push session" on Mondays and Thursdays and it shows up only then. Each day gets its own independent copy, so checking off today never rewrites your history, renaming the rule updates every copy at once, and deleting it clears future days while the past stays exactly as it happened.

Plan any day, keep the whole month

Because every date has its own list, planning ahead is just writing tomorrow's list today, and reviewing the past is scrolling back. The month view marks every day you had a list: a filled dot where you finished it, a hollow one where you did not. The list becomes a record of what your days actually held, not a single ever-growing pile.

A streak and a completion rate, without the nagging

Four quiet stats sit under the list: tasks completed, your current day streak, your 30-day completion rate, and how many days you have had a list at all. A day joins the streak once every task on it is done, empty days are skipped rather than counted against you, and today is never judged while it is still in progress. No push notifications, no red badges, nothing that punishes a day off.

Gamified, if you want it

The optional Habit Grower plugin turns completed to-dos into coins you spend growing a small plot: a lightweight incentive layer on top of the same task list, with no separate account or app required. Finish your day, earn a coin, grow a daisy. Ignore it entirely and the list works exactly the same; that money task you keep deferring still just links you to the net worth tracker.

Private, like everything else here

Your tasks are stored under your account alone and included in your one-click data export. What you planned, skipped, and finished is nobody's business but yours; see the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set recurring tasks?

Yes: mark a task as recurring either daily or on specific days of the week, and it seeds itself into each matching day automatically. Renaming the rule updates every copy, and deleting it clears future days while leaving your history intact.

Can I plan tasks for future dates?

Yes. Every day has its own list, so you can write Thursday’s plan on Monday, or scroll back and see exactly what last Tuesday looked like, done and undone. Checking a task off today never rewrites a past day.

What statistics does it track?

Four, shown as quiet tiles under the list: lifetime tasks completed, your current day streak, your completion rate over the last 30 days, and the number of days you have had a list at all. There are no notifications and nothing to lose.

How does the day streak work?

A day counts towards the streak when every task on it was completed, and days with no list at all are skipped rather than breaking it. Today is never counted against you while it is still in progress.

What is Habit Grower?

Habit Grower is an optional plugin that pays one golden coin for each to-do you complete for the first time. Coins unlock plants you grow on a small 6×6 grid: a lightweight incentive layer on top of the same list, with nothing extra to sign up for.

Does it work alongside my other tracking?

That’s the point. The list lives in the same dashboard as your health, habit, and finance tracking, and the day’s tasks also appear inside the daily tracking page, so "log weight" and "review net worth" sit next to everything else in your day.
