These terms are the agreement between you and VANQUISH DIGITAL LIMITED for your use of Bespoke Dashboard. Please read them. By creating an account you accept them, and if you do not accept them you should not create an account.
Bespoke Dashboard is operated by VANQUISH DIGITAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11783885, with its registered office at 2 Drinkwater Road, Harrow, England, HA2 0FX.
You can contact us at support@bespokedashboard.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean VANQUISH DIGITAL LIMITED, and "you" means the person who holds the account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you confirm you are when you sign up. If you are using Bespoke Dashboard in the course of a business, the consumer protections in these terms and in law do not apply to you.
One account is for one person. Do not share your account, and do not create an account on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at support@bespokedashboard.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it results from our failure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Bespoke Dashboard records what you tell it; it does not verify it.
Everything you log stays yours: entries, notes, photographs, comments and plugin submissions. We claim no ownership of it.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content back to you, and to make backups, purely so that we can run the service for you. That licence exists only for that purpose and ends when you delete the content or your account. It does not let us publish your content, use it to train models, or show it to anyone else, other than the social features described in the next section.
You can export a full copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your profile. See the Privacy Policy for what that involves.
Some features share specific things with other users, and only if you choose to use them: plugin comments are readable by every signed-in user, published plugin submissions are readable by anyone, and Habit Grower friends can see each other's garden and coin totals. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full. Post accordingly.
When you post a comment or submit a plugin, you agree not to submit anything that:
Submitted plugins are not published automatically. We review submissions before they appear in the marketplace, and we may decline, edit or remove any listing or comment, or suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these rules. Where we remove your content we will tell you why if you ask.
Plugins marked official are built and maintained by us. Community plugins are the work of their authors, who are responsible for how they function and for supporting them. We do not warrant community plugins, though we will remove ones that turn out to be harmful.
Bespoke Dashboard is a tracking tool and nothing more. Nothing it shows you, including weight trends, exercise records, skincare adherence, spending insights or net worth charts, is medical, dermatological, dietary, or financial advice, and none of it is a diagnosis.
Do not rely on it to make health or money decisions. Speak to a qualified professional. If you have a medical concern, contact a doctor, and in an emergency call the emergency services.
The free plan includes the dashboard and its appearance settings, the To-do List, Finances, Spending, and Daily Tracking apart from progress photographs.
Premium adds progress photographs and their download, the whole Health section, and the plugin marketplace. Premium costs £7.99 per month or £79 per year. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
We may change what is in each plan as the product develops. If we remove something material from the plan you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the paid period you have not used.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms for the payment itself.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, at the price then in force, until you cancel it. We take payment on each renewal date using your saved payment method.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the remainder of that period except where section 9 or the law says otherwise.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend Premium features until it succeeds. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect. You can cancel before it applies, and if you do not cancel, the new price applies from your next renewal.
Because you buy Premium online, you normally have 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel for any reason and get a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Premium is digital content and a digital service that starts immediately. When you subscribe we ask you to request that it starts straight away and to acknowledge that, once it has been fully supplied, you lose the 14-day right to cancel. If you make that request and then cancel within the 14 days, we will refund you a proportionate amount for the part of the period you did not use.
To cancel within the 14 days, email support@bespokedashboard.com. A clear statement is enough; you do not need a particular form of words. We will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of accepting the cancellation.
None of this affects your separate legal rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to support@bespokedashboard.com rather than exploiting it. We are grateful for reports made in good faith and will not pursue you for them.
We work to keep Bespoke Dashboard available and reliable, and we take backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to suspend it temporarily for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication and payments. An outage at one of them may take the service down with it.
We never exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Otherwise, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We are not liable for any decision you take about your health, fitness, skin or money based on what Bespoke Dashboard displays. See section 6.
If you use Bespoke Dashboard for business purposes, we exclude all implied warranties, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Please keep your own copy of anything important. The export tool in your profile is there for exactly that.
You can stop using Bespoke Dashboard and delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. Except where you have broken these terms or the law prevents us, we will give you reasonable notice, a chance to export your data, and a proportionate refund of any period you have paid for and not used.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The version and date at the top tell you which version you are reading. For material changes we will email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel and close your account before it applies, and we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else without our agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company, and we will tell you if we do, and this will not reduce your rights.
These terms are the whole agreement between us about Bespoke Dashboard, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
If something has gone wrong, email support@bespokedashboard.com and we will try to sort it out. For data protection concerns specifically, see the Privacy Policy, which also explains your right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
